We have approximately 10 people who rotate turns leading services on three Friday nights of the month, since Rabbi Damsky is with us only one Friday and all holidays and Life Cycle events. These Lay Leaders come from diverse backgrounds with various beliefs and each service that they lead is unique.

We try to appeal to all aspects of Reform Judaism and our members are very grateful that their voices are heard and they have the opportunity to participate in any way they desire. The Lay Leaders usually have wonderful music accompanying them and this music can be modern to traditional using a variety of instruments.
