Jewish history, culture, and prayer are resources rich in mindfulness — from the Torah through the Kabbalistic mystics. The approaches found within these enhance the landscape of Jewish spirituality today.
During the Saturday workshop, Rabbi Damsky will lead discussions about the science as well as the spirit of mindfulness practices and will offer participants a hands-on experience of the benefits of these practices.
